Traffic Circulation: The project will be accessed by 118th <br />Avenue, which connects to S.R. 60, and presently serves as <br />access for the existing agricultural facilities located on <br />this site. <br />S. Off -Street Parking Required: 1 marl space <br />Provided: 1 marl space <br />Note: It is anticipated that this project will generate <br />approximately one trip per month. Because the tower is an <br />infrequent use, the use of non -paved parking spaces has been <br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to LDR <br />Chapter 954.08 infrequent use parking standards. <br />9. Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department. <br />10. Landscape Plan: The landscape plan is in conformance with <br />Chapter 926. <br />11. Utilities: None are required for this project. <br />12. Dedications and Improvements: None are applicable. <br />13. Concurrency: Since this is an accessory use to an existing <br />agricultural operation, no concurrency certificate is <br />required. <br />14. Specific -Land Use Criteria: <br />A. All towers shall have setbacks from all property lines <br />equal to one hundred ten (110) percent of the height of <br />the proposed structure. This provision may be waived or <br />modified upon a recommendation by the director of public <br />works, based upon the following criteria: <br />1. The designed fall radius of the tower is depicted <br />on the site plan and does not impact adjacent uses; <br />2. A certified, signed and sealed statement from a <br />Florida registered professional engineer states <br />that the tower would collapse within the designed <br />and specified fall radius depicted on the plans. <br />B. In no case shall the fall radius (one hundred ten (110) <br />percent of height or other approved design fall radius) <br />encroach upon existing off-site structures or <br />residentially designated property; <br />C. The distance of any guy anchorage or similar device shall <br />be at least ten (10) feet from any property line; <br />D. All accessory structures shall be subject to the height <br />restrictions provided in Accessory uses, Chapter 917; <br />E. If more than two hundred twenty (220) voltage is <br />necessary for the operation of the facility and is <br />present in a ground grid or in the tower, signs located <br />61 <br />JAN 14 J992 <br />BOOK.
