99 - <br />BOCK 65 F'',,E''2Ci� <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />City of Vero Beach Electric and Sewer & Water Departments, United <br />Artists Cable Corporation and the Indian River County Road & Bridge <br />and Engineering Divisions. Based upon their reviews, it was <br />determined that there would be no adverse impact to the supply of <br />utilities to the subject property by the release of the easement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a <br />resolution, the release of the northerly five (5) foot utility <br />easement (except the west 50 feet of said easement) of Lot 8, <br />Replat of Porpoise Point Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, <br />Page 57, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved staff's <br />recommendation and adopted Resolution 92-10, abandoning <br />certain easements on Lot 8, replat of Porpoise Point <br />Subdivision, Plat Book 3, Page 57, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-10 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOT 8, REPLAT OF PORPOISE POINT <br />SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has utility easements as <br />described below, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no <br />public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />6 <br />
