Replat of Porpoise Point Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented by given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of January 21, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by John & Rhonda Malec, the owners <br />of the subject property, for the release of the northerly five (5) <br />foot utility easement (except the west 50 feet of said easement) of <br />Lot 8, Replat of Porpoise Point Subdivision. It is the <br />petitioners' intention to combine said Lot 8 (except the north 115 <br />feet of the west 50 feet, which has been conveyed to the Porpoise <br />Point Property Owners Association) and a portion of Lot 11, Bonita <br />Beach Subdivision, to allow a swimming pool to remain as <br />constructed with an approved building permit in 1983 on the <br />combined parcel (the easement was inadvertently overlooked at that <br />time). <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -3, <br />Single -Family Residential District.
