Sandridge Golf Club - Seasonal Golf Cart Lease <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/13/92: <br />TO: Members of the Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: January 13, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Seasonal Golf Cart <br />FROM: Bob Komarinetz 1 <br />Director of Goltz <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The last three years the Board of County Commissioners have <br />approved the seasonal lease of five additional golf carts to be <br />used for rental purposes at Sandridge Golf Club. The lease is <br />with Islander Golf Car's of Vero Beach. Again staff is <br />requesting the Board's approval on a lease for 1992. This lease <br />will be for three months starting January 21, 1992 and the lease <br />price for the five golf carts will be $700.00 per month. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval on this lease. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the <br />seasonal lease of five additional golf carts with <br />Islander Golf Cars Leasing, Inc., as set out in the <br />above staff recommendation. <br />LEASE AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />G. O'Brien - Assistant County Attorney 1� <br />DATE: January 6, 1992 <br />RE: UPDATE OF STANDARD BUILDING CODE <br />The County has adopted by reference standard technical codes. These <br />codes are updated from time to time. The Building Code Board of <br />Adjustments and Appeals and the Building Division have recommended <br />the adoption of the new editions. To this end,' the attached proposed <br />ordinance has been prepared. <br />Staff recommends a public hearing date of February 18, 1992. <br />8 <br />
