Heath <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: January 13, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: RELEASE OF EASEMENT REQUEST BY: <br />Tommy L. and Essie M. Turner <br />Lot 4 & 5, Block, C, Garden of <br />Eden Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein be given formal consideration <br />by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular meeting of <br />January 28, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />a The County has been petitioned by Tommy L. and Essie M. Turner, <br />owners of the subject property, for the release of'the common five <br />(5) foot side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 4 & 5, <br />Block C, Garden of Eden Subdivision. It is the petitioners' <br />intention to construct a single-family residence on the subject <br />property. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RM -10, <br />Multi -Family Residential District=: The Land Use designation is M- <br />2, allowing up to ten (10) units per acre.. <br />ALTERNATIVES ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />City of Vero Beach Power Company, United Artists Cable Corporation, <br />the Indian.River County Utilities Department and the Road & Bridge <br />and Engineering Divisions. Based upon their reviews, there would <br />be no adverse impact to utilities being supplied to the subject <br />property.' <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a <br />resolution, the release of the common five (5) foot side lot <br />utility and.'drainage easements of Lots 4 & 5, Block C, Garden of <br />Eden Subdivision, being the easterly five (5) feet of Lot 4, and <br />the westerly five (5) feet of Lot 5, according to the plat thereof <br />as recorded -in Plat Book 4, Page 36 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida. <br />it <br />.J 8 19S",2PooK P ti <br />
