FF- -1 <br />RANI 1114 9 <br />a0C'KFn�E 1J9Vol <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-12, releasing the common five foot side lot <br />utility and drainage easements of Lots 4 & 5, Block C, <br />Garden of Eden Subdivision, as recommended by staff. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-12 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ABANDONING <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN SUBDIVISION, LOTS <br />4 & 5, BLOCK C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED <br />IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />and WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, to Tommy Lee Turner and Essie M. Turner, his wife, their <br />successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is <br />4660 30th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32967 Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easements: <br />The common five (5) foot side lot utility and drainage <br />easements of Lots 4 & 5, Block C, Garden of Eden Subdivision, <br />being the easterly five (5) feet of Lot 4, and the westerly <br />five (5) feet of Lot 5, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 36 of <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner Wheeler <br />and adopted on the 28 day of January , 1992, by the <br />following vote: <br />12 <br />
