Tuesday, January 28, 1992 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, January 28, <br />1992, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. Present were Carolyn K. Eggert, <br />Chairman; Margaret C. Bowman, Vice Chairman;. Richard N. Bird; Don <br />C. Scurlock, Jr.; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were James E. <br />Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, Attorney to the <br />Board of County Commissioners; and Barbara Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Wheeler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Eggert requested the following additions to today's <br />Agenda: <br />1. As Item 7-Q on the Consent Agenda, a proclamation <br />designating February 9-15, 1992 as Rockridge Week. <br />2. As Item 11-H-6, two subordination of utility liens. <br />3. As Item 13-A-2, a reminder of the first anniversary <br />celebration of the Main Library. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to today's Agenda. <br />PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/9/92: <br />1 <br />BOOK <br />
