The County may attach any conditions and safeguards necessary to <br />mitigate impacts and to ensure compatibility of the use with the <br />surrounding area. <br />At its January .23, 1992 meeting, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />voted unanimously to recommend that the Board of County <br />Commissioners grant special exception use approval, and granted <br />preliminary PRD plan approval subject to the Board's approval of <br />the special exception use request. If the Board of County <br />Commissioners grants special exception use approval, then the <br />preliminary PRD plat approval will become effective. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />1. Overall Project Size of Development: <br />412.01/acres approved in conceptual PRD plan <br />3.50/acres proposed in addition <br />415.51/acres pr000sed in concentuel 05n nlmr <br />2.
