M. and <br />the Board reconvened at 10:15 A. M. with all members present. <br />MacWILLIAM PARK BOAT RAMP IMPROVEMENTS <br />The Board reviewed memo from Public Works Director Jim Davis <br />dated February 10, 1992: <br />TO: James E. Davis, P.E., `7 <br />Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: MacWilliam Park <br />Boat Ramp Improvements <br />DATE: February 10, 1992 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />City of Vero Beach is requesting grant assistance with an <br />ongoing program for improvements to the boat ramps in <br />MacWilliam Park. <br />Last fiscal year, the City replaced the western most ramp at <br />a cost of $25,000 and will be replacing a second ramp this <br />fiscal year for $25,000. <br />The Parks and Recreation Committee have no objections to <br />this funding. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />The Public Works Department recommends allocation of $25,000 <br />to the City of Vero Beach. <br />Funding will be from the Florida Boating Improvement Fund <br />which has an unobligated balance of $76,783.05. <br />36 <br />
