Unemployment Compensation Budget Amendment 016 <br />The Board reviewed memo from Budget Analyst Leila Beth Miller <br />dated February 14, 1992: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: February 14, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT 016 - CONSENT AGENDA <br />THROUGH: Joseph A. Baird C <br />OMB Director <br />FROM: Leila Beth Miller <br />Budget Analyst <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The State of Florida, Department of Labor, has charged Indian River County for <br />Unemployment Compensation payments to former employees. A budget amendment is <br />required to reflect these payments. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve budget amendment <br />016 to refund Unemployment Compensation payments, funding to come from <br />contingencies. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment 016 to refund Unemployment <br />Compensation payments as follows: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />THROUGH: Joseph A.
