<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUN-
<br />TY, FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND
<br />PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF
<br />PROPERTY ON 83RD PLACE, 84TH
<br />STREET AND TROPICAL AVENUE IN,
<br />GRAVES ADDITION TO WABASSO SUB-
<br />DIVISION AND OTHER INTERESTED PER-
<br />SONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE
<br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
<br />AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY
<br />AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING
<br />AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO
<br />SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE COST
<br />THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAY-

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County has, by Resolution No. 92-
<br />18, determined that it is necessary for the public
<br />welfare of the citizens of the county, and particularly
<br />as to those living, working, and owning property
<br />within the area described hereafter, that paving and
<br />drainage improvements be made to; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners
<br />has caused an assessment roll to be completed and
<br />filed with the Clark to the Board; and
<br />WHEREAS, Section 11-48, Indian River County
<br />Cade, requires that the Board of County Commis-
<br />skmers shag fix a time and place at which the own-
<br />ers of the properties to be assessed or any other
<br />moons Interested therein may appear before the
<br />Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to
<br />the proprietary and advisability of making paving
<br />and draiirnnaago Improvements, as to the cost thereof,
<br />as to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the
<br />amort thereof to be assessed against each prop-

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
<br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF IN-
<br />DIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
