FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The County Commission shall meet at the County <br />Commission chambers in the County Administration <br />Buildingg at the hour of 9:05 A.M., on Tuesday, Feb- <br />ruary 25, 1992, at which time the owners of the <br />properties to be assessed and any other interested <br />persons may appear before said Commission and <br />De <br />orcin tea propIn erties ted retie The area to be Improved <br />more particularly described uponspecia <br />benefitted <br />assessment <br />plat and the assessment roll with regard to the spe- <br />cial assessments. <br />2. All persons interested in the cxomstniction of said <br />Improvements and the special assessments against <br />the properties to be specially benetftted may review <br />the assessment plat showing the area to be as- <br />sessed, the assessment roll, the plans and sped- <br />fications for said improvements, and an estimate of <br />the cost thereof at the office of the Clerk to the <br />Board any week day from 8:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. <br />3.
