In <br />addition, Mr. Wilson noticed stakes have been placed for <br />installation of water lines, and he cannot pay for water and paving <br />at the same time. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the procedure to be followed if <br />the petition is tabled, and the residents agreed to meet with staff <br />and rework the project. <br />The Chairman determined that no one else wished to be heard <br />and thereupon closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously tabled <br />this item to allow the residents and staff to <br />discuss and rework the project, including the <br />excluded portion of 56th Avenue, and resubmit it to <br />the Board. <br />County Engineer Roger Cain emphasized that the letter sent out <br />by staff had a telephone number with the name of a contact person, <br />and neither Jim Davis, Michelle Gentile nor Roger Cain were <br />contacted by anyone at that number. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - FLORIDACRES/36TH AVENUE WATER SERVICE PROJECT <br />The hour of 9:05 o"clock A.
