Chandler <br />FROM.County Administrator REFERENCES: <br />Two proposals have been received to perform the study of parks and recreation <br />services, as follows: <br />David M. Griffith 8 Associates, Inc. $48,960 <br />Tallahassee, Florida <br />Ward Associates, P.C. $78,000 <br />Bohemia, New York <br />On February 21, 1992 the following committee met to consider the proposals: <br />Commissioner Dick Bird, City Manager Tom Klaric, Assistant City Manager/ <br />Finance Director Tom Nason, Recreation Director Pat Callahan, and myself. <br />The Committee unanimously recommended that authorization be requested from the <br />Board of County Commissioners and City Council to negotiate a proposed contract <br />and fee with David M.
