<br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS:
<br />The request has been reviewed by the Southern Bell Telephone
<br />Company, Florida Power & Light Company, United Artists Cable
<br />Corporation, the Indian River County Utilities Department and the
<br />Road and Bridge and Engineering Divisions. Based upon their
<br />reviews, staff has determined that release of the easements would
<br />not result in -any adverse impact to utilities being supplied to the
<br />subject property.
<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a
<br />resolution, the release of the common three (3) foot side lot
<br />utility and drainage easements of Lots 1 & 2, Block 10, King's
<br />Highlands Subdivision, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 1,
<br />and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 2, according to the plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 90 of the Public Records
<br />of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted
<br />Resolution 92-42 abandoning certain easements in the
<br />King's Highlands Subdivision, Lots 1 & 2, Block 10,
<br />as recommended by staff.
