Bender <br />Lots 1 & 21 Block 10, King's Highlands Subdivision <br />It is hereby requested that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting of March 10, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Larry G. Bender, owner of the <br />subject property, for the release of the common three (3) foot side <br />lot utility and .drainage easements of Lots 1 & 21 Block 10, King's <br />Highlands Subdivision. It is the petitioner's intention to come <br />into compliance with county regulations by eliminating an easement <br />over which an existing residence has been built. <br />The residence was constructed with a valid building permit in July <br />of 1979. Since no easements were shown on the submitted building <br />plans, those plans were approved under permit no. 13807, dated July <br />25, 1979. <br />The current zoning classification of the property is RS -61 Single - <br />Family Residential District.
