Chandler, <br />County Administrator <br />G. <br />THROUGH: James W. Davis, P.E.,1 <br />Public Works Director J, <br />FROM: Michael S. Dudeck, Jr., <br />County Traffic Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Request from Forest Park Homeowner's Association <br />Inc. to close Forest Cay Street on Friday, <br />April 3, 1991 for Block Party <br />REF. LETTER: Jack McCarthy to Board of County Commissioners <br />dated March 4, 1992 <br />DATE: March 8, 1992 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />FILE: forest.agn <br />Residents in Forest Park Subdivision have requested <br />permission to close a portion of the Forest Cay Street for <br />their annual block party. The party is scheduled to <br />commence at 4:00 PM and end at approximately 9:00 PM. Staff <br />has not objection to this request, provided that: <br />1) Proper barricades are installed by the Traffic <br />Engineering Division or the residents of the homeowners <br />association and that the block representative contact <br />the Traffic Engineering Division at 569-5143 <br />seventy-two hours prior to event. <br />2) A block representative be listed as a contact person in <br />charge of the event in case the road needs to be <br />opened. <br />3) Access to emergency vehicles be maintained. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />No funding is applicable. <br />7 <br />MAR 1_7 1992 aooK f� t <br />A <br />
