APR 0 <br />BOOK i Fr �E <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-55 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE TRANSMITTAL OF THE INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY COORDINATED TRANSPORTATIQN, DISADVANTAGED <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA TRANSPORTATION <br />.DISADVANTAGED COMMISSION FOR THEIR REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) transmitted <br />an application to the state to become the local Designated Official <br />Planning Agency (DOPA), and <br />WHEREAS, the State Transportation Disadvantaged Commission <br />(TDC) appointed the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners as the local Designated Official Planning Agency <br />(DOPA),.and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida Transportation Disadvantaged <br />Commission (TDC) awarded Indian River County a 1990 - 1991 <br />transportation disadvantaged planning grant, and <br />WHEREAS, as part of the 1990-91 planning grant, the county was <br />charged with development of a Coordinated Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Development Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating <br />Board at thier meeting of March 19, 1992, recommended that the <br />BCC/DOPA approve transmittal of the Coordinated Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Development Plan to the State of Florida <br />Transportation Disadvantaged Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />1% The above recitals are ratified in their entirety. <br />2. The Coordinated Transportation Disadvantaged Development <br />Plan is approved for transmittal to the State of Florida <br />Transportation Disadvantaged Commission for their review. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Wheeler <br />seconded by Commissioner _Scurlock and upon being put to a <br />vote the vote was as follows: <br />Chair Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice Chair Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Commissioner Don C.
