The Board of <br />County Commissioners previously approved the purchase of the right- <br />of-way along this corridor. <br />The property owner has signed a sale/purchase contract at the lands <br />appraised value of $1,916.64. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff requests the Board accept the contract and authorize the <br />Chairman's authorization signature thereon. <br />12 <br />
