ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the purchase of additional right-of-way for the <br />petition paving project on 1st Street S.W. and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the contract for <br />sale and purchase with Gloria M. FERSCH, III <br />TE4PORARY WATER SERVICE <br />PREPARED JAMES D. CHASTWNYT <br />AND MANAGER OF ASSPROJECTS <br />STAFFED BY: DEPARTMENT OFSERVICES <br />Harriet and Harry W. Fersch, III have requested that temporary <br />service be installed from the water line on 4th Street to 'service <br />their property at 415 45th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32968, prior <br />to the installation of a water main on 45th Avenue. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services (IRCDUS) shall provide temporary water service to <br />Mr. and Mrs. Fersch until such time that a water line is constructed <br />on 45th Avenue by assessment. They agree to pay all fees required <br />to make this connection. They further agree to participate in the <br />assessment and to reconnect to this water line as required by <br />IRCDUS. <br />13 <br />
