APR 14 N92 <br />BOOK FADE <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The'Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with Mr. and <br />Mrs. Harry W. Fersch, III on the Consent Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />and authorized the Chairman to execute the agreement <br />with Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fersch III for temporary <br />water service and participation in future special <br />assessment program, as recommended by staff. <br />COPY OF SAID AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />J. Resolution Re: County Land Acquisition Advisory Committee <br />The Board reviewed memo from County Attorney Charles P. <br />Vitunac dated April 8, 1992: <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />eQ,9.,�- <br />FROM: Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: April 8, 1992 <br />RE: COUNTY LAND ACQUISITION ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />Attached is a resolution which incorporates the changes suggested by <br />the County Commission to the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee; <br />i.e., adding a 15th member and clarifying the duties of the Board. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval and adoption of this <br />resolution and for the Board to authorize the Chairman to sign it. <br />Chairman Eggert pointed out that the minor corrections had <br />been made and the Resolution as presented is correct. The main <br />purpose of the Resolution is to add the 15th member representing <br />the development community. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 92-58 amending Resolution 90-104, which <br />established a Land Acquisition Advisory Committee <br />(LAAC), revising LAAC membership, and clarifying <br />LAAC purpose. , <br />14 <br />
