McCAIN <br />AND STAFFED CAPIT NGINEER <br />BY: DEP OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT WITH EL CAPITAN MOBILE HOME <br />PARK (MR. ED POTTER) <br />BACKGRODND <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services has completed <br />negotiations for the construction of a subregional lift station on <br />Indian River Drive, north of the Sebastian city limits. The lift <br />station has been designed to accommodate future flows from the <br />surrounding area as laid out in the preliminary engineering study <br />dated February 1991 by Kimball/Lloyd. The Department of Utilities <br />Services would now like to enter into a developer's agreement with <br />E1 Capitan (Mr. Ed Potter) for the construction of a subregional <br />lift station. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The construction cost is to be split on <br />split of the lift station is as follows: <br />Parcels served, -owned by Mr. Potter <br />E1 Capitan 38 units @ 250 GPD <br />Potter Home 18 units @ 350 GPD <br />Potter (daughter) 4 units @ 350 GPD <br />County service area, Property 1 <br />Total Flow <br />65 <br />ON 1 <br />a usage basis.
