O'Brien - Assistant County Attorneyft:-> <br />DATE: April 22, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARING - 4/28/92 - REPEAL OF CHAPTER 16 - <br />MOBILE HOMES, MODULAR HOMES AND HOUSE TRAILER <br />The State of Florida has enacted several laws which regulate this <br />subject; therefore, Chapter 16 is no longer necessary. <br />REQUEST: <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached proposed ordinance and <br />authorization for the Chairman to sign. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter.
