r - <br />X91 <br />LOOK 86 F't, L cl <br />WHEREAS, Article II of Chapter 10-1/2 merely reflects <br />Florida Statutes (Sec. 159.601 et seg.) on this subject and is, <br />therefore, not a necessary part of the new Code, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />SECTION 1. REPEAL. <br />Chapter 10-1/2 - Housing of the Code of Ordinances of <br />Indian River County (1974 edition) is hereby repealed and declared <br />null and void and of no effect. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This ordinance shall become effective on becoming law. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on this 28 day of <br />April , 1992. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press - <br />Journal on the 9 day of Apri 1 1992, for a public hearing to <br />be held on the 28 day of Apri 1 , 1992, at which time it was <br />moved for adoption by Commissioner Wheeler and the motion <br />was seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, adopted : by <br />the following vote: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
