Ams 27- lees <br />NOTICE OF CHANGE OF LAND USE/ <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, will <br />consider adopting an ordinance to amend the use of land within an <br />unincorporated portion of Indian River County as shown in the maps of the <br />advertisement. A public hearing on the proposal will be held on Tuesday, May <br />5, 1992, at 9:05 a.m. in the County Commission Chambers of the County <br />Administration Building, located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. At <br />this public hearing the Board of County Commissioners will make a final <br />decision to amend the County's Comprehensive Plan. The proposed <br />amendments are included in the proposed ordinance entitled: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR +40 <br />ACRES FROM AG -1 TO R FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST <br />SIDE OF 58TH AVENUE, SOUTH OF 4TH STREET AND EXPANDING THE <br />URBAN SERVICE AREA; AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR +-20 ACRES FROM L-1 TO HOSPITAL/ <br />. COMMERCIAL NODE BY ENLARGING THE US 01/37TH STREET <br />HOSPITAUCOMMERCIAL NODE FROM +-230 ACRES TO +-250 <br />ACRES; AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE <br />j COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR +-888 ACRES FROM AG -2 TO AG -1 <br />Ij <br />-FOR PROPERTY LOCATED WEST AND SOUTH OF THE CITY OF <br />FELLSMERE, SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 512 (FELLSMERE ROAD); AND <br />AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT INCLUDING POLICIES, <br />TABLES AND TEXT OF THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT, SANITARY <br />SEWER SUB -ELEMENT, POTABLE WATER SUB -ELEMENT, AND CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT, INCLUDING CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY <br />AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing <br />regarding the approval of these proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments. <br />The plan amendment application may be inspected by the public at the <br />Community Development Department located on the second floor of the <br />County Administration • Building located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida, between the hours of 8,30 aaw. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. <br />Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made at this <br />meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made <br />which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be <br />based. <br />' • Indian River County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />By: -s -Carolyn K.
