Ardeeser <br />Lots 6 & 7, Block Westgate Colony Subdivision Unit No. 2 <br />It is requested that the data herein be given formal consideration <br />by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular meeting of - - May 19, 1992. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Norman C. & Carolyn C. Ardeeser, <br />owners of the subject property, for the release of the common three <br />(3) foot side lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 6 & 7, <br />Block 3, Westgate Colony Subdivision Unit No. 2. It is the <br />petitioners intention to use the property for future expansion of <br />their residence. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -6, <br />Single -Family Residential District.
