ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS:
<br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company,
<br />Florida Power & Light Company, United Artists Cable Corporation,
<br />the Indian River County Utilities Department and the Road & Bridge
<br />and Engineering Divisions. Based upon their reviews, there would
<br />be no adverse impact to utilities and drainage being supplied to
<br />the subject property.
<br />RECOMMENDATION:
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a
<br />resolution,. the release of the common three (3) foot side lot
<br />utility and drainage easements of Lots 6 & 7, Block 3, Westgate
<br />Colony Subdivision, Unit No. 2, being the southerly three (3) feet
<br />of Lot 6, and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 7, according to
<br />the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 84 of the Public
<br />Records of Indian River County, Florida.
