Assessments are to be paid <br />within 90 days or in 2 equal installments, the first to be made <br />twelve months from the due date and subse <br />to be due <br />yearly from the due date at an interest rateeof nt M esmentablished by <br />the Board of County Commissioners. <br />ALTERNp,T VES AND ANALYSIS <br />Alternative No 1 - Since the final costs are less than the <br />preliminary costs, the final cost breakdown would be to assess the <br />benefited owners $2.00per front foot, deduct the difference from <br />the preliminary and final costs equally between the MSTU account <br />and the Secondary Road Trust Fund Account. <br />13 <br />
