V. COMMAND/CONTROL/COMMUNICATION <br />A. ChIain of Command: Each law enforcement agency will follow ollo its own chain of command <br />concept. <br />I <br />I <br />B. Unit Command: The Indian River County Sheriff's Office designated program manager shall <br />designate an appropriate supervisor during detail operations. <br />C. C I munications Detail: IRCSO will coordinate with other units/agencies to patch common <br />frequencies. Communications between IRCSO and federal agencies will take place through the <br />utilization of telephone, email correspondence and other agreed upon electronic means until other <br />technology becomes available. <br />D. Location Zone: Miami Sector <br />1 <br />ANNEX <br />A. Administration Annex: Indian River County Sheriff's Office will administer the operations <br />and take fiscal and programmatic reporting responsibilities for this grant. The IRCSO Special <br />Operations Section Lieutenant, under the direction of Indian River County Sheriff, Deryl Loar, <br />will serve as Program Manager for Operation Stonegarden, Indian River County. <br />B.
