CONSENT AGENDA <br />l <br />ANALYSIS: <br />A selection committee comprised of Rich Szpyrka, P.E., Assistant Public Works Director, Terry Cook, <br />Road and Bridge Superintendent, and Himanshu Mehta, P.E., SWDD Managing Director independently <br />evaluated and scored the statements of qualifications in accordance with the County Purchasing <br />Manual and criteria established in the RFP. These scores were compiled by the committee and an <br />overall ranking of the submittals developed. No interviews were required or determined to be <br />necessary by the committee. <br />Staff proposes to enter negotiations with the top two ranked firms as the Primary and Secondary <br />awardeeIS. <br />The final ranking established by the committee is: <br />1. Aisplundh <br />I <br />FUNDING: <br />FEMA funding is anticipated to be made available in the event of a Federally -declared emergency, with <br />local matching funds provided by Transportation Fund and General Fund reserves.
