Baum & Co. on your own in the future, and you will <br />not be bound by any decisions relating to these Settlements. <br />at <br />:participate S�, <br />"tate - � - <br />If you entered into municipal derivative transactions with certain entities—including Bank of America, GE, JP Morgan, UBS, <br />and Wachovia you may have been eligible to participate in the State AG Settlements relating to those entities. Instead, as compensation for their <br />time and the risk in litigating the case on a contingent basis, Class Counsel will ask the Court to approve from the Settlement <br />Amount an inte 'run payment of attomeys' fees, as well as an interim reimbursement for their expenses actually incurred in the <br />prosecution of the litigation. Class Counsel will make a request for fees (equaling up to 1/3 of the total Settlement Amounts) <br />and expenses at or before the date for objections on June 20, 2016 (see Question 24), and this request will be made available at <br />the Municipal Derivatives Settlement website.
