SECTION 2. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community <br />Development Director to make appropriate minor changes to the application as needed <br />prior to submitting the application to the Florida Division of Emergency Management. <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Community <br />Development Director or the Board of County Commissioners Chairman (if required by <br />the <br />state) to execute and submit an application to the 'Florida Division of Emergency <br />Management for State approval. <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the <br />Community Development Director to submit additional information in a timely manner <br />as may be required by the Florida Division of Emergency Management. <br />SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community <br />Development Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the Hurricane Loss <br />Mitigation Program Residential Construction Mitigation Program application and project. <br />SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner , and seconded <br />by Commissioner , and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Bob Solari, Chairman <br />Joseph E.
