Ridley, Construction Manager <br />• <br />!FOE 01 S <br />^'. <br />Professional highlights and duties: <br />Mr. Ridley is well versed in permt, political and grants <br />regulatory issues and understands the special restrictions of <br />public grant -loan funded projects. Mr. Ridley is highly <br />experienced in construction plans review, time management <br />and cost control. <br />In addition, Mr Ridley has worked with more than one-third of <br />the Florida counties and municipalities as well as many <br />leading engineering and construction firms.
