Review: -rot <br />safeFLHome=.lnspectoi; <br />f- <br />Professional highlights and duties: <br />Mr. Jenkins' primary duties include project delivery services <br />and construction oversight, including single family <br />homeownership and multi -family homeownership & rental for <br />NSP and for CDBG implementation, in addition to oversight of <br />construction bidding, contractor vetting and program <br />management. <br />Mr. Jenkins is currently overseeing the construction and / or <br />rehabilitation of 200+ multi and single family housing units and <br />the construction oversight of various other grant funded <br />infrastructure projects. <br />For our publicly funded projects, he: <br />• Conducts orientation sessions for homeowners, <br />contractors and vendors. <br />• Conducts home inspections for eligibility <br />• Reviews/recommends changes to local HAP. <br />• Conducts HUD Tier 2 Environmental Reviews. <br />• Reviews mortgage & construction contracts for grant <br />compliance. <br />• Conducts monitoring of single/ multi -family rental <br />construction. <br />• Conducts & provides inspections, work -write-ups, bid <br />documents, NTB, and NTP. <br />• Represents client at public workshops & meetings. <br />• Creates/tracks project constr. budget; reviews, monitors, <br />approves construction and contractor pay authorizations. <br />130 <br />
