INTRODUCTION <br /> A. Purpose <br /> The purpose of this ESF is to coordinate and direct the restoration of water, <br /> sewer, electrical power, phone service and solid waste management <br /> operations. ESF #12 will prioritize all energy and utility repairs and provide <br /> updates about areas of restoration through ESF #5 (Information and <br /> Planning).
