4. City of Sebastian Public Works Department - Will provide emergency <br />clearance of debris; clearing, repair or construction of damaged <br />emergency access routes. <br />5. City of Vero Beach Department of Planning & Zoning - Will provide <br />manpower in support of ESF #3 operations. <br />6. City of Vero Beach Department of Public Works & Engineering - Will <br />provide emergency clearance of debris; clearing, repair or <br />construction of damaged emergency access routes and storm <br />drainage systems; damage assessment; GIS services; traffic signaling <br />and other matters related to ESF #3 operations. <br />7. Indian River County Building Department - Will provide structural <br />evaluations and issue construction permits. <br />8. Indian River County Community Development Department - Will <br />provide zoning evaluations and approve temporary land use permits. <br />9. Indian River County Environmental Health Department - Will <br />coordinate the location, restoration, or provision of potable water and <br />wastewater operations. <br />10. Indian River County General Services Department - Will provide <br />services and equipment as required. <br />11. Indian River County Utilities Department - Will provide services and <br />equipment as required. <br />12. Town of Indian River Shores Building Department - Will provide <br />structural evaluations and issue construction permits. <br />051 515119 Is] 2 INOIN] 0601 <br />ESF #3 will utilize personnel and resources from its primary and support agencies to <br />respond to mission assignments related to emergencies. Additional resources <br />available at other ESFs may be coordinated and mobilized to support ESF #3 <br />missions. When requests begin to exceed the County's ESFs capability to respond, <br />additional resources (i.e., state teams, federal agencies, contractual agreements, <br />and mutual aid agreements) will be mobilized. Mutual aid agreements have been <br />established for all contiguous counties as well as the existence of the Statewide <br />Mutual Aid Agreement. During a significant event these agreements may be <br />activated. The decision to activate these agreements will be made by the <br />Indian River County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan Annex 1 - Page ESF #3-8 <br />
