d. ESF #3 will be responsive to, and support directions of the <br />EOC. <br />e. Will maintain and provide to the EOC an up-to-date inventory <br />of personnel, vehicles and equipment that will be used in the <br />restoration of infrastructure. <br />f. Deployment of equipment necessary for adequate debris <br />clearing to the designated pre -event sites. <br />g. Confirm that all equipment is full of fuel and operational. <br />h. Identify locations of refueling depots. <br />Secure all debris clearing and road repair equipment from the <br />disaster event. <br />j. Provide the EOC with a current list of road closings and road <br />repairs. <br />k. Confirm location of debris clearing disposal sites after the <br />event. <br />Remove unnecessary traffic signs and indicators for use after <br />the disaster event. <br />10. In the event of a shortage of automotive transportation fuels or <br />fuels needed for other industrial purposes, ESF #3 will be <br />responsible for coordinating with industry trade groups and <br />associations to obtain needed fuel supplies. <br />B. Support Agencies - in addition to providing all available and obtainable public <br />works and engineering resource support ESF #3: <br />1. City of Fellsmere Building Department - Will provide structural <br />evaluations and issue construction permits. <br />2. City of Fellsmere Public Works Department - Will provide emergency <br />clearance of debris; clearing, repair or construction of damaged <br />emergency access routes. <br />3.
