INTRODUCTION <br /> A. Purpose <br /> The purpose of this ESF is to provide direction and control of disasters <br /> affecting the county. ESF#5 will collect, interpret and distribute information <br /> to assist government agencies, private businesses and the general public <br /> with recovery. ESF #5 will be responsible for gathering rumor control <br /> information for dissemination to ESF #14 (Public Information). Daily <br /> resource requests and logistical information will be disseminated by ESF#5. <br /> Along with local information, ESF #5 will provide damage and recovery <br /> information to all State and Federal agencies. <br /> B.
