E. Recovery Actions <br /> 1 Initial Actions <br /> a. ESF #6 will work with local government, County Emergency <br /> Management and applicable federal agencies to assist in <br /> determining extended sheltering needs. <br /> b. ESF#6 will participate with appropriate agencies for long term <br /> placement of disaster victims who cannot move back to their <br /> normal living arrangements due to disaster damage. <br /> 2. Continuing Actions <br /> The ESF#6 lead agency, American Red Cross- Indian River County <br /> Chapter, will provide its support agencies, ESF #5 (Information and <br /> Planning)and#14 (Public Information)with regular updates on shelter <br /> "open/closed" status and the number of evacuees hosted in each <br /> shelter. <br /> V. RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> A. Primary Agency: Coast to Heartland Chapter of the American Red Cross <br /> 1. Will maintain and provide to the EOC an up-to-date inventory of all <br /> available equipment for resource coordination. <br /> 2. Develop and maintain a roster of personnel that staff the ESF. <br /> 3. Ensure the presence of resource materials. These materials may <br /> include: <br /> a. Shelter listings with names and numbers of each shelter <br /> manager, as available. <br /> b. Locations of all mass feeding sites and the names of site <br /> managers. <br /> 4.
