4. Other Ad Hoc Volunteer Agencies <br /> a. In addition to those activities previously stated, ESF 6 will <br /> coordinate with ESF#15(Volunteers and Donations)regarding <br /> the activities of volunteers actively engaged in providing mass <br /> care assistance. <br /> b. Coordination will include: <br /> (1) Preventing duplication of goods and services as they <br /> relate to mass care; and <br /> (2) Coordinating the delivery of goods and services as they <br /> relate to mass care. <br /> C. ESF #6 will maintain a listing of all volunteer organizations <br /> active in mass care in the disaster area. <br /> 5. Emergency First Aid and Mental Health <br /> ESF#6 will coordinate with ESF#8 (Public Health)for the provision of <br /> medical services, up to advanced first aid and mental health services, <br /> in mass care sites and will ensure that trained and qualified personnel <br /> are present in shelters in sufficient numbers to care for people <br /> needing assistance. <br /> 6. Communications <br /> ESF#6 will coordinate with ESF#2 (Communications)to ensure that <br /> each shelter has a working system of communications with the EOC. <br /> This may include radio, telephone or cellular telephone <br /> communication devices. The ARC representative in the EOC will <br /> keep ESF#5 (Information and Planning) informed about conditions at <br /> the shelters and unmet needs. <br /> 7. Power Generation Capability <br /> Each primary shelter identified in Attachment#1 is equipped with an <br /> emergency generator and emergency lighting.
