2. Continuous <br /> a. Buildings will be leased for staging warehouses or to replace <br /> damaged or destroyed facilities. This will be accomplished in <br /> accordance with the existing Indian River County Purchasing <br /> Manual. <br /> b. Communication resources will be provided in coordination with <br /> ESF #2 (Communications). <br /> C. Transportation needs will be provided in coordination with ESF <br /> #1 (Transportation). <br /> d. Office furniture, equipment, and supplies will be provided from <br /> existing inventories, or will be procured. <br /> e. Food will be provided with cooperation of ESF #11 (Food and <br /> Water). <br /> f. Security for staging areas and facilities will be provided by ESF <br /> #16 (Law Enforcement). <br /> V. RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> A. General <br /> The primary agency for ESF #7 is the County Emergency Management <br /> Division, which is tasked with the overall responsibility for allocating and <br /> coordinating resources and support activities incident to ESF#7. This office <br /> will secure support staff for procurement of commodities and services, <br /> leasing of buildings and facilities, and facilities management. <br /> B. Support Agencies <br /> 1. City of Fellsmere, Mayor's Office - Will provide personnel and <br /> resources as available. <br /> 2. City of Sebastian, City Manager's Office-Will provide personnel and <br /> resources as available. <br /> 3. City of Vero Beach Finance Department-Will coordinate all financial <br /> related issues for City of Vero Beach employees. <br /> 4.
