6. This ESF will coordinate with ESF#5 (Information and Planning)and <br /> ESF #15 (Volunteers and Donations) in providing vendors and/or <br /> volunteers with requests for resource assistance. All requests for <br /> resource assistance will be made through E-Team; however, an <br /> alternate method of identifying resource requests will be to use the <br /> manual Resource Request form attached to this document and <br /> identified as Attachment #2). <br /> 7. Each support agency will coordinate resource lists with the lead <br /> agency. In addition, each support agency will provide an up-to-date <br /> inventory of available resources, how to obtain them, their location <br /> and an after-hours point of contact. <br /> C. Notification <br /> The IRCDEM will provide notification for each ESF's primary agency. A <br /> representative from the primary agency will in turn notify each support <br /> agency and/or volunteer agency, as required. <br /> D. Response Actions <br /> 1. Initial <br /> a. Personnel will be placed on standby or directed to staging <br /> areas with some facilities being manned for immediate <br /> response. Those employees who have completed the <br /> Volunteers Information Sheet, attached and identified as <br /> Attachment#3, will be called upon first. At such time that this <br /> resource has become exhausted, the Human Resources <br /> Department will be charged with obtaining the necessary <br /> personnel to fulfill this need. <br /> b. Some resources will be staged near the pending emergency <br /> areas (see Annex IA - Recovery Functions and Annex 11 - <br /> Mitigation Functions, of the CEMP). <br /> C. Support agencies may be alerted. <br /> d. Some support agencies may be directed to deploy personnel <br /> and other resources. <br /> e.
