JUS 199L frti,® E P17t, <br />��U, <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Bowman being absent) endorsed a citrus <br />hauling route management plan whereby a technical <br />committee comprised of representatives from Martin, <br />St. Lucie and Indian River Counties, the Treasure Coast <br />Regional Planning Council, and Florida DOT be appointed <br />to manage the planning study; and authorized Director Jim <br />Davis or his representative to serve on the committee. <br />Funding would be included in the FDOT FY -92/93 Work <br />Program. <br />FULL-TIME RESIDENT INSPECTION SERVICES FOR INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD - <br />PHASE IV <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 6/16/92: <br />TO: James E. Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />4 <br />SUBJECT: Full Time Resident Inspection Services for <br />Indian River Boulevard Phase IV <br />REF. MEMO: Jack Price to Jim Davis dated June 15; 1992 <br />DATE: June 16, 1992 FILE: inspect.agn <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On June 9, 1992, the Board approved an administrative fee of $747 <br />(1.245% of $60,000 salary for 18 months) as proposed by "At Your <br />Service" employment agency to administer the payroll and related <br />employment services for the Indian River Boulevard Phase IV <br />inspector, Bill Howard. Since that time, the agency has <br />indicated that an error occurred in the $747 quotation previously <br />submitted to the County, and their fee is actually 24.5% or <br />$14,700 for the 18 month period. The Personnel Division received <br />a lower fee quotation of 18% from Treasure Coast Personnel which <br />results in a cost of $10,800 for the 18 month period. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The Alternatives are as follows: <br />26 <br />
