2. Continuous Actions <br /> a. Continued coordination between state, local, and, if requested, <br /> federal SAR resources is controlled by the primary agency. <br /> b. SAR resources are reassigned, as needed or as requested. <br /> C. SAR resources are withdrawn when no longer needed. <br /> E. Recovery Actions <br /> Upon request, ESF#9 will provide SAR resources to assist recovery efforts. <br /> V. RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> A. Primary Agency - The Indian River County Department of Emergency <br /> Services, Fire Rescue Division, will coordinate SAR activities. The Fire <br /> Rescue Division will provide search and rescue efforts in accordance with <br /> their existing SOPs. The Sheriffs Office main responsibility will be of a law <br /> enforcement nature. <br /> B. Support Agencies <br /> 1. Civil Air Patrol - Will provide manpower and equipment as needed. <br /> 2. City of Fellsmere Police Department - Will provide manpower and <br /> equipment to support law enforcement activities. <br /> 3. City of Sebastian Police Department - Will provide manpower and <br /> equipment to support law enforcement activities. <br /> 4. City of Vero Beach Police Department - Will provide manpower and <br /> equipment to support law enforcement activities. <br /> 5. Federal Aviation Administration - Will provide manpower and <br /> equipment as needed. <br /> 6. Florida Marine Patrol - Will provide manpower and equipment to <br /> support law enforcement activities. <br /> 7.
