4. Maintain all inventories, descriptions, rosters, etc. for the <br /> personnel, facilities and resources likely to be needed to support <br /> military personnel deployed to the county and for coordination with <br /> those assets <br /> 5. Ensure that support agencies maintain all inventories, descriptions, <br /> rosters, etc., related to the personnel, facilities and resources to be <br /> provided to implement this ESF <br /> 6. Perform overall planning, administration and operational control of <br /> all emergency communications facilities and personnel owned or <br /> operated by the County <br /> 7. Activate and implement this ESF, in accord with its provisions and <br /> as directed by the EOC Policy Group. Implement ESF operations in <br /> accordance with the EOC Incident Action Plan (IAP) applicable to <br /> the response or recovery operational period. <br /> B. Support Agencies — General Responsibilities <br /> 1. Each of the designated support agencies is responsible for the following: <br /> 1. Maintain all inventories, procedures, checklists, etc. necessary to fulfill <br /> their responsibilities pursuant to this ESF <br /> 2. Maintain the preparedness of personnel and equipment needed to <br /> implement their responsibilities under this ESF <br /> 3. Participate with the primary agency in planning, training and exercise <br /> sessions needed to maintain preparedness for implementation of ESF <br /> #13. Ensure that support agency personnel have the proper level of <br /> training, as required by NIMS, for the ESF positions they are to fill <br /> 4. Mobilize personnel and equipment for emergency response and disaster <br /> recovery operations upon notification of the primary agency to do so <br /> 5. Prepare such documentation of operations and expenditures required by <br /> implementation of this ESF as requested by the primary agency. Ensure <br /> such documentation is provided to the primary agency at the conclusion of <br /> operations or on the schedule requested <br /> 6. Continue to coordinate and exchange information with the primary agency <br /> throughout periods of operation <br /> 7. Advise the primary agency as soon as possible regarding any difficulties <br /> in fulfilling mission assignments, shortfalls in resources and personnel or <br /> any other circumstance potentially interfering with mission completion <br /> Indian River County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan Annex I - Page ESF#13-7 <br />
