Alert ESFs and key SNS staff to be in a EM Coordinator/ <br /> heightened state of readiness. EM Director <br /> 4. Activate EOC software and prepare for Emergency Management <br /> logging events and/or actions. Planner <br /> 5. Brief Executive Group: Executive Group: <br /> Issues: Weather Status, Potential Threat, and Director, EM Coordinator, County <br /> Evacuation Potential Administrator, County Commission <br /> Chairman, County Attorney, <br /> Municipal Representatives <br /> 6. : Continue to disseminate public ESF #5 <br /> information via e-mail, text and social ESF #14 <br /> media. <br /> 7. Coordinate with officials from Director and <br /> municipalities and neighboring counties. ESF #5 <br /> 8. Verify operational readiness of the EOC. Staff <br /> Issues. <br /> • Cancel any meetings scheduled in <br /> Operations Room. <br /> • Inventory existing stocks of food, water <br /> and supplies for the EOC. <br /> 9. LEVEL EL 11 EOC ACTIVAT ION. Following Staff <br /> floor plan for the EOC, establish Level II <br /> activation with EM staff. Review staff <br /> assignments. <br /> 10. Test all EOC equipment (phones, Staff <br /> computers, network connections, etc.) <br /> 11. Test all communications equipment. Staff <br /> 12. Test back-up generators and top with Facilities Management <br /> fuel. <br /> 13. Update situational awareness (VueTOO) ESF #5 <br /> 14. Alert ESFs and Special Needs key staff a ESF #8 <br /> time to report to the EOC for activation. <br /> -19- <br />
