LEVEL EL 11 EOC ACTIVAT ION. Following Staff <br /> floor plan for the EOC, establish Level II <br /> activation with EM staff. Review staff <br /> assignments. <br /> 10. Test all EOC equipment (phones, Staff <br /> computers, network connections, etc.) <br /> 11. Test all communications equipment. Staff <br /> 12. Test back-up generators and top with Facilities Management <br /> fuel. <br /> 13. Update situational awareness (VueTOO) ESF #5 <br /> 14.
