Coordinate with officials from Director and <br /> municipalities and neighboring counties. ESF #5 <br /> 14. Verify operational readiness of the EOC. Staff <br /> Issues: <br /> • Cancel any meetings scheduled in <br /> Operations Room. <br /> • Inventory existing stocks of food, water <br /> and supplies for the EOC. <br /> 15. LEVEL 11 EOC ACTIVAT ION, Following Staff <br /> floor plan for the EOC, establish Level 11 <br /> activation with EM staff. Review staff <br /> assignments. <br /> 16. Test all EOC equipment (phones, Staff <br /> computers, network connections, etc.) <br /> 17. Test all communications equipment. Staff <br /> 18. Test back-up generators and top with Facilities Management <br /> fuel. <br /> 19. Update situational awareness (VueTOO) ESF #5 <br /> 20. Alert ESFs and Special Needs key staff a ESF #8 <br /> time to report to the EOC for activation. <br /> 21. Alert transportation agencies (Senior ESF #5 <br /> Resource Association and School District) <br /> to be in a heightened state of readiness. <br /> 22. Prepare and send SN client database ESF #5 <br /> reports to contacts at the Senior Resource <br /> Association, School District, Hospice and <br /> the Humane Society. <br /> -31- <br />
