All agencies reviewed the final draft of the plan and accepted <br />the responsibilities assigned to them by the plan. <br />Rosters of orientation seminars on concepts of operations or <br />plan procedures are not attached to or an integral part of this <br />formal plan; however, they are kept on file in the office of <br />Emergency Management. <br />g. A signed receipt is maintained for all recipients of the CEMP. <br />Signature of this document acknowledges and accepts plan <br />responsibilities (original receipts kept on file in the emergency <br />management office). The distribution list is attached to this <br />document and identified as Figure 1. <br />h.
