The County Warning Point will notify the State Warning Point of <br /> all incidents listed below: <br /> i. Hazardous Materials Incidents <br /> (1) Petroleum spills or releases into/involving <br /> waterways (any amount) <br /> (2) Petroleum spills or releases greater than 25 gallons <br /> (or potentially greater) <br /> (3) Petroleum spills or releases requiring any <br /> State/Federal notification or assistance <br /> (4) All chemical spills or releases <br /> ii. Weather <br /> Any incident associated with weather phenomena <br /> involving possible/actual damage to property or persons <br /> (e.g. wind damage, tornadoes, lighting strikes, flooding) <br /> iii.
