MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Zorc, to approve: (1) the <br />proposed changes (numbers 1 through 8) for Fiscal Year 2016- <br />2017: 1. Change from Blue Choice to Blue Options; 2. Kannact <br />Diabetes Management Program; 3. International Prescription <br />Provider; 4. Post Employment Health Plan for the International <br />Association of Firefighters (IAFF); 5. Employee Premium <br />Adjustment; 6. Change Effective Date for new hires to be the <br />first day of the month following 60 days of full-time <br />employment; 7. Employer Premium Adjustment; and 8. Other <br />Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Advance Funding; <br />and <br />(2) the potential changes for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 for further <br />exploration: 1. Increased Wellness Measures; 2. Employee <br />Wellness Clinic; 3. Stand -Alone Pharmacy; 4. Other Health <br />Plan Adjustments; 5. Continued Phase-in of Employee <br />Premium Adjustment; 6. Continued Employer Premium <br />Adjustments; 7. Pharmacy Preferred Provider Organization <br />(PPO) Adjustment; 8. Other Post Employment Benefits <br />Advance Funding; the final recommendations for Fiscal Year <br />2017-2018 will be presented next fiscal year. <br />Additional discussion ensued about notifying the five employees <br />whose physicians are not part of the Blue Options network, and <br />exploring the possibility of having those physicians join the <br />network. <br />Chairman Solari wanted staff to take into consideration a <br />private -sector pharmacy or medical group, as the changes for <br />Fiscal Year 2017-2018 are explored further. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />F.
